First time I went to Buenos Aires I wanted to stay there. But you know, well my family lives in Colombia so I returned to my country. But Buenos Aires is such a beautiful place so if you like to travel I recommend you to go there. You can go to a hotel or you can rent an apartment there. Take your time to find real estate agents and to explore all the options until you find the best one. And if you are there just for a couple days you can stay in downtown. It depends on the kind of trip that you want to do. If you like historical places and you will stay in Buenos Aires, let's say two days, well you should stay in downtown because there you will have that places that you want to visit. But if you’re more the kind of man that likes to walk and to have coffee in a quiet place and reading newspaper, so you should try Palermo or may be Recoleta. I think Palermo is nicer, but Recoleta is also a lovely place, one of the most exclusive areas of Buenos Aires and it is close to downtown. So, it depends on which kind of trip will you like to do. If you like the first option you should visit the Colon theatre, the Cabildo which was the old house of government, the Casa Rosada which is in front of the Cabildo and next to it the Plaza de Mayo. And if you go on Thursday you will see the Madres of Plaza de Mayo there. And it is really interesting. That everything is in downtown, so if you have a few days you can stay there or at Puerto Madero which is also one of the most exclusive areas of the city, more than Recoleta I think and it is a few minutes walking from downtown.
